JENNY DEMPSEY
You know, just your average girl.

ABOUT JENNY
Way Back Then
Jenny began singing in front of her mirror with a hair brush and her shy love for music grew into a creative outlet that inspired her to come out of her shell. As a quiet young child, Jenny plucked her mom's nylon string acoustic guitar as she listened to Jewel's Pieces of You album in her bedroom. She began writing songs for just about everything - teenage boredom, being disliked by the popular girls at school and cute boys that don't know she exists. Flash forward to her late teens - Jenny is singing with The Fender Benders, a promotional band for The Fender Guitar Museum. In college, Jenny records albums in her brick walled dorm room and plays open mic nights with songs about surfing, as her bleached blonde hair glows in the light. Flash forward to her late 20s - living on the east coast, Jenny is performing at various circuits in Philly as well as at a winery in New Jersey.
Right About Now
As a customer service manager, when work takes priority, music is shuffled to the back burner. But, that doesn't stop Jenny from writing about everything customer service on the blog she co-founded, Customer Service Life.
Jenny realizes there are ways to incorporate music into the working world and sings songs about customer service, as well.
And if that wasn't enough, Jenny Dempsey is a thought leader in the customer service realm, voted one of the top 50 by ICMI for 2 years in a row.

She also was a presenter at the 2017 ICMI Contact Center Expo.
